Re: Pramipexole, and why PSSD might not be what most are suffering here

Do you know a case of depression with skin anesthesia? No i dont. but what are the other symptoms? PSSD isn't purely sexual. PSSD comes for many people with a lot of other symptoms then just sexuals. I agree that u should maybe not call it PSSD in that case, but more Post SSRI syndrome (better name...

Pramipexole, and why PSSD might not be what most are suffering here

I noticed almost all treatments for PSSD also share anti depressant effects, SJW, ayahuasca, psilocybin, ketamine, pramipexole, mianserin and so on. Perhaps people suffering PSSD are not familiar with how clinical depression feels, and can't identify it from their previous experience before SSRIs, b...

https://ajp.psychiatryonline.org/doi/10.1176/appi.ajp.2015.15060788 The Fawcett studies are what the people on prami followed. Anhedonia, for me at least, causes loss of sexual function, genital numbness, absent libido & lack of orgasm. In remission i recover all sexuality. I have heard some bec...

Re: Pramipexole (Success)

Those doses are too low. We've had alot of pramipexole success stories on the FB group for anhedonia.
I think PSSD & Anhedonia are closely linked. Dose ranges for anhedonia are generally in the 1.5mg - 5mg daily range.

Over time, its receptors will down regulate to make up for the surplus and it will be worse than ever.
Be careful!
Thats not how pramipexole works. It modulates the dopaminergic system and regrows neurons over the long term.

Re: PRAMIPEXOLE- Cured

Michael J Fox's parkinson's disease was causing his shakes. Pramipexole might cause it mildly in people without the disease.
I'm trying this drug myself for anhedonia, ordered it.

Re: Have anyone tried NSI-189?

I don't mean to throw stones here but Ive seen Jaiho posting in various forums over the years and there is serious contradictions in what he says from one forum to the next. Grain of salt.... Care to elaborate? Having posted for years my views have changed, and you'll see that in my posts. There ar...
