Wow, I'm really sorry this happened to you. I can't imagine going through surgery and to not even get any benefit at the end of it. My symptoms improved significantly over the course of years. Even though I can't say that I fully recovered, it's enough to have a relatively healthy sexual life. Time did it alone for me, no supplements, drugs, whatsoever. There is hope, maybe not for full recovery, but at least some good improvem...
