I regained my physical energy - no libido

And I'm very happy. I think this is the third worst symptom after anhedonia (which somehow got better) and asexuality. I don't know how or why this happened, but I've been using 5ht1a receptor antagonists and partial agonists for a year now. It's not a window, I've been energetic without drugs for o...

A lot of you can't even try?

I am unable to work with PSSD. My parents pay for all my drug experimentation. I believe in improvement or even cure by trial and error. I have nothing to lose. Every person I know online with this and is tremendously obsessive ended up getting better sooner or later. But how can an unsupported pers...

Very true. And we're talking about full recovery, not just permanent treatments.
One interesting thing about me is that I used so many drugs for so long to desensitize the 5-HT1A receptor that I think it started working again. I have about 25% of my libido back.

Re: Strong case for dopamine

I don't think PSSD is caused by low dopamine. The central theory is either the damaged 5-HT1A receptor (most accepted theory in the PSSD community) or the body's inability to convert testosterone to DHT - which is why some people recover on steroids. If the second theory is correct, this makes PSSD ...

Re: Interesting speculations based on my case

1- My endocrine system is and has always been wrecked. I believe that PSSD is multifactorial, with endocrine problems being one of the risk factors. 2- I'm female and my PSSD has made me attracted to far less attractive men than I would normally be attracted to. As if only the guy's personality matt...

Re: PSSD-SSRI-Depression-Anhedonia = my idea of cause and cure.

U can use myo or d chiro depending on what you like better or both, check on yourself. If u dont feel anything u can have several options as I pointed out in my post but in my opinion If you dont want you to spend fortune on supplements but if you have by any chance any leftovers then you can go li...

Re: Has Anyone try yet anabolic steriods like stanozolol?

I believe PSSD and PFS are similar. This has already been proposed by some independent researchers and not everyone agrees. I believe that, like PFS, PSSD is characterized by the body's inability to convert testosterone into DHT. And that's why some people get better or even fully recover after floo...

Re: Does the post-SSRI syndrome affect previous psychological disorders?

I have known several people with PSSD who completely reversed their mental illness because of PSSD. Including me, who have (or had?) ADHD.

It is worth it? In my case, my life was much better when her core problem was ADHD.
