Re: my story and my recent improvement

Where did you get this treatment idea from? The cinnamon has action at NMDA receptors through conversion to sodium butyrate. I’ve tried it before and didn’t notice too much but I will try your recipe in the future. What’s the taste like, is it easy to drink? Also, could you specify the exact brands ...

Re: Pregnancy experience

I’m really sorry that you have to go through this with a baby on the way. I don’t really have much to say aside from words of hope and encouragement. Something I realized throughout my PSSD journey is that all the emotions and my old self are still there but just under a heavy blanket. So maybe know...

It would most likely have to be taken for weeks at the proper dosages for the upregulation to take place.

Has anyone tried ACE2 blockers or modulators in an attempt to upregulate ACE 2?

I’m sure many of you have seen the Celltrend results of a few PSSD sufferers showing ACE2 antibodies. An interesting paper I read also made the claim that “ACE2 deficiency affects the levels and actions of the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, GABA, and glutamate which play cruc...

Re: Pramipexole (Success)

This cured story seems fake. Posted from a burner account with awful and inconsistent grammar, formatting and punctuation.
Pramipexole may still indeed be helpful as i’ve seen legit dopamine agonists cured stories like the very old one on Youtube of the guy that tried Trivestal Retard and Ropinorole.

Re: Finities-infinities intro. Very strong enormous anhedonia.

Big crash.. completly feel diffrent pure anhedonia nightmares no hunger zero libido ibs etc. I can feel this is diffent from pssd.. then I started researching and saw that...

Has anyone tried this regimen? It seems very plausible and in line with a lot of research i’ve done myself.

Re: PSSD and thyroid

I also have treatment resistant hypothyroidism after getting PSSD. Before PSSD I had my thyroid under control with T4 and T3 for over 10 years. PSSD does something to thyroid health or it increases TSH for some unknown reason.

Re: Severe sleep deprivation always causing full blown recovery

IL-6 is a pleiotropic cytokine with many pathophysiologic roles in humans (1). It is being produced by numerous types of immune or immune accessory cells, such as monocytes, fibroblasts, lymphocytes, and glial cells. It is also produced by nonimmune cells, some typically endocrine. Recently, it has ...
