I haven’t noticed any direct PSSD related change but know that sucralose definitely makes me depressed, so there’s potential the artificial sweeteners could be affecting you.

I realise this thread is old, but yes. Female who was on cymbalta for one year and been suffering PSSD for 8 years now.
