Is low dosing on 10 mg THC okay or no thc at all?

I've read here that cannabis must not be consumed for those with pssd but was wondering if a low dose of 10mg of thc per day is okay? Will it result in the worsening of pssd symptoms?

In my experience all sleeping drugs including melatonin had a severe reaction with me, making sleep impossible. I just had to ride it out, took about 2 months before I was able to sleep again with any decent quality. I still struggle sometimes but most times I sleep good now. Thanks for your reply

What is a good sleeping medication to take that doesn't worsen pssd? I've tried melatonin but it doesn't work all the time.

Does anyone know what it is about trazadone that can cause pssd?

What is it about this drug that can trigger pssd? I have read about another user here by the name of "trazohell" who used it and got pssd. Apparently he committed suicide from it.

Is this a common symptom amongst those with PSSD?
