Thank you for clarifying your thoughts re: food sources of vitamin A.
Could your hypothesised PSSD etiology shed any light on post COVID-19 syndrome? There's a significant symptom overlap, including sexual and emotional problems.

My story - PSSD and Long Covid + possible drug damage
Hi everyone. Just wanted to write about my experiences and why I’m here, to get some clarity and see if anyone can relate. I was prescribed citalopram (40mg) at several points in my early 20s (now in my early 30s), for things like OCD and exam anxiety. I never took it for more than a few months at a...

The main thing I'm hoping to get out of it is comprehensive testing to get a fuller picture of my health (testing available via NHS is decent but limited). *Incidentally* this doctor has ...

You could try Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) neurofeedback (not traditional neurofeedback). Works well for anxiety, depression, insomnia. Look for someone with Othmer Certification.

Re: TRT vs SSRI reinstatement
Along the same vein, if I don't get the relief from psilocybin i'm looking for, I'm strongly considering a series of ketamine infusions. They are expensive, but I have a couple clinics around me and i'm begrudgingly willing to pay the high cost to attempt it. Hi Troskie! If you are in the US, I’d s...

Any adverse effect from ivermectin?
Hi everyone, new here. Have been prescribed a short course of ivermectin for covid-19. After reading on here about some of the unexpected negative side effects various medicines can have on people's PSSD symptoms, I'm a little terrified to take anything at all! I'd appreciate any advice or educated ...
