Re: Has spinal reflex been considered?
PSSD is not caused by spinal reflex, pelvic issues, none of those physiological issues. It's chemical based and something was damaged or altered at the microscopic, molecular, or neurochemical level. Period. People have really begun to go astray after all these years of dealing with PSSD, they blame...

Escitalopram reduces attentional performance in anxious older adults with high-expression genetic variants
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3967864/ "Digit span scores were significantly lowered in patients receiving escitalopram relative to placebo, indicating reduced attentional performance attributable to the SSRI. Individuals with high-transcription variants in the receptors 5-HTR2A ...

Gingko biloba severe crash?
I am not sure what the fuck is happening to me.
I suddenly became asexual?
I high dosed gingko biloba + maca root for 2 days, and now I don't feel anything. This is the worst crash or PSSD symptom I have ever felt in my entire life.
I feel nothing, it's like I am void itself.
Why?

Re: What was the culprit of my crash during sex?
Before meeting up with this woman online, I was masturbating and getting insane feeling, orgasm, and erections. I took vyvanse some days prior, and supplements such as gingko bilboba, maca root, l-arginine. During the meet up, I don't know if it's the anxiety, or some psychological block, but I wen...

Re: Why does Vitamin D3 always crash me?
Because is cyp 3a4 inducer. Lowers to a small extent the concentration of psychotropic drugs that persist for a very long time in the cerebrospinal fluid. Individuals with PSSD have a polymorphism in the gene encoding the aryl hydrocarbon receptor which prevents toxin efflux, resulting in drug accu...

Why does Vitamin D3 always crash me?
Anyone else gets this?
It's like a 100% thing, where if I take a vitamin d3 supplement, I would instantly crash, and it lasts for a couple of days. I never understood this.

Re: The reason PSSD is so rare
Explain why Cymbalta didn't give me PSSD, but lexapro did?
It's not that simple.

Estimating the risk of irreversible post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD) due to serotonergic antidepressants
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10122283/ "SAs were associated with an increased risk for ED (cOR = 3.6, p < 0.000001, 95% CI 2.8–4.8), which remained significant after adjusting for age, SES, BMI, depression and anxiety (aOR = 3.2, p < 0.000001, 95% CI 2.3–4.4). The risk for PSS...
