Re: Another cabergoline trial
Cabergoline and Bromocriptine will be helpful in inducing windows, AND in diagnosis of what underlies your particular PSSD. They're potent (although with vastly different half-lives) D2 receptor agonists. That's the primary thing that's helping you - D2 agonism. What these two prove, in inducing win...

Re: True or false - the majority of people who recovered from PSSD took HCG and/or TRT. Discuss
Going through the posts on this forum and the PSSD reddit it seems most people who recovered took HCG and/or TRT. Discuss While TRT/HCG can be helpful, and can even induce spontaneous remission of the disease, they're definitely hit or miss. Testosterone being in the 800+ NG/DL range, IS helpful, d...

Re: Cyproheptadine Thread
Cypro does a few things, that tricks people into believing Serotonin is at the root of this condition. 1. It lowers prolactin, which may have a positive effect on dopamine. 2. It fosters the release of LH/FSH, which is ultimately going to = more serum test. 3. It's anti-cholinergic, for a brief peri...

Re: My Acute Tryptophan Depletion Trial
You'll ultimately notice no recovery from tryptophan depletion. If excessive serotonin was the issue, the condition would be solved by now. There are plenty of ways to lower it - which by the way you don't want to do.

Re: Strong case for dopamine
Some time ago I took a DNA test and found out I have a gene called gs224 (https://www.snpedia.com/index.php/Gs224). This gene leads to low levels of dopamine. Let's follow the dopamine trail. There are at least two recovery stories for Inositol , which increases dopamine receptors (https://pubmed.n...

Re: PSSD Caused By Pituitary Adenoma
Darman, The cost of his “pssd recovery” service is following: 699 dollars for signing up + 399 dollar per month (you will have to pay him and follow his instructions for at least 6 months, most likely up to 12 months, perhaps even more + he may give you instructions to buy nootropics and supplement...

Re: PSSD Caused By Pituitary Adenoma
What can be the cause that i don't feel hunger anymore after PSSD. Even gut is growling it's weak and muted :( is this nerve damage or muscle abnormality or wtf can anyone explain this ? That is a difficult one, and I haven't seen this in my work so far. I mean.. perhaps ghrelin signaling is awry? ...

Re: PSSD Caused By Pituitary Adenoma
I agree with fellow1, high-prolactin-induced sexual dysfunction is not pssd. I have written about this. https://www.reddit.com/r/PSSD/comments/wnekvi/ I have sent a pm to Ryan Ballow quite some time ago, and after seeing this post by him I finally logged in to check his response. I believe I had a ...

Re: PSSD Caused By Pituitary Adenoma
so just test prolactin levels , which in 90% of cases will be within range. This is exactly what I didn't say. I specify very clearly in the video, that high prolactin isn't the "cause" of PSSD. But a prolactinoma was the cause of THIS individual case. One of the major points in the video...
