Re: Copper binds to serotonin

I've definitely noticed improvements with copper. I'm still not 100%, but I'm doing much better. Seems to help with anhedonia; about a week after starting I was getting chills from listening to music again, but it only lasted a couple days for me. Orgasms are pretty explosive again, close to what I ...

Re: Zinc

gatogordito, are you still feeling well? I have recently discovered that Zinc/P-5-P/Vitamin K combo works great for me! I guess Zinc played a huge part in my improvement. I also noticed that my results are much better when I combine Zinc with Vitamin K. I am happy to say that I am at 100% improveme...

Re: Opiates/Opioids and PSSD

Yeah, I used to love the euphoria that opiates would give me before I got PSSD. It was like a warm, tingling feeling throughout my body. With PSSD, that feeling is gone. I still get the numbing of physical pain and the common side effects, but no euphoria. Alcohol is the same way for me now as well....

Re: Zinc

I've done a lot of research over the past year on zinc trying to figure out why it is so effective for me, and I thought I'd share some of my findings. First off, people who are depressed tend to have lower levels of serum zinc ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23806573 ). This makes me think man...

Re: Zinc

Yeah, I still think it would be worth giving it a shot. Zinc is cheap and as long as you don't take too much it shouldn't cause any harm. Just be patient and give it at least a month.

Re: Zinc

Just thought I'd give an update. It's been two months now that I've been taking a consistent dose of zinc, and my PSSD is pretty much gone 90% of the time! Things are still constantly improving too. I don't know if it's because it's been so long (I've been dealing with this for almost seven years), ...

Re: Experiment: Inositol Powder - PharmD OP

Have you had your testosterone levels checked? Testosterone peaks in the morning, and then drops throughout the day until it reaches its lowest in the evening. This could explain your libido surges.

Re: Stress

When I took zinc picolinate I started to have trouble sleeping and things seemed to be getting worse. I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling extremely agitated. If things don't improve, you should try taking a few days off the zinc to see if there is a difference.

Re: Stress

How is your sleep? You mentioned you were taking zinc before. How much are you taking and what type?

Re: suicide

You're acting extremely irrational and emotional. Don't you think it could be connected to the mianserin that you just started taking?
