Well I know for me taking calcium supplements always makes my PSSD worse for some reason. It also messes with my sleep for some reason, even though its supposed to help with sleep.

I've been using Omega 3 for years now. Tried Licorice Root and Ginseng for a couple of weeks too. No recovery.

I have personally known depressed people who masturbate 5 times a day. It is totally possible and quite common that people are both horny and depressed. PSSD is something else entirely.

Well usually they give you Bromocriptin or Cabergoline to decrease prolactin. That didn't fix my pssd tho.

Dopamine agonists are known to cause hypersexuality as a side-effect. Dopamine lowers prolactin (a hormone that inhibits sexuality). Whether you have PSSD or not, a drug that increases dopamine is likely to make you more horny.
