It seems that he had more DP/DR, which brought on the anhedonia, the emotional numbness and cognitive decline. This is different in ethiology than «the classic» PSSD.

No, not as I know of, at least. There are some depression and anxiety-tendencies, but everyone in my family is highly functional and has never been diagnosed with anything. Thank you! Sorry to hear about your issues.

My sleep now is mostly fine. I have dreams and have no issues with falling asleep, most of the days. That's probably the only positive thing left.
