Hey, Im here just to tell that the improvements that i had in the first days dind´t last, now Im back to baseline, but Mestinon is helping me a lot with the brain fog, Mestinon improves cognition, but the effects on PSSD were just in the first days for me.

I took for a week, 3 capsules of 60 mg daily, but now i take 30 mg in the morning and 30 mg in afternoon, because of blurred vision dizziness, im very sensible to meds, always have to take less.
